Realising your True Business Potential

My journey to becoming a business coach, started way back over 35 years ago when I created my first IT and accounts software business which grew to be successful. I sold it and I have founded or co-founder 4 other businesses, since, two of which I also went on to sell. I’ve worked with 100’s of business owners and seen first-hand how hard it can be to run a small business. Its shocking how many small business do not survive, or just hobble along making very little money for all the hours the owners put in. I am on a mission to end this poverty.

Why I Do What I Do

I’ve walked the walked so I get it. I know that once a business starts to grow and has a few employees, there can be many challenges that come to the surface.

You’re always working longer and longer hours, always worrying about money to pay the bills, finding it hard to recruit the right people and struggling to create a consistent sales funnel. Yet you don’t really know why or what your next move should be. Sometimes you just want to run away, but you can’t. What started as a dream of creating the ideal life and a rewarding business, now just drains you.
